Is your SIM card damaged lost or stolen? Then, what you need is a Welcome Back Pack from MTN to get you reconnected to your network of choice. And it’s sooo easy to get!

If your existing SIM card is faulty, simply return it to nay MTN Service Centre or MTN Connect immediately with no need for any other requirement.

On the other hand, if your existing SIM card has been lost or stolen, you’ll find out that buying a Welcome Back Pack is very simple if you can provide us with ANY of these requirements:

If you had previously asked MTN to save a ‘Test Question’ for you, all you need to buy a Welcome Back Pack is for you to provide the correct answer to that question! If you haven’t saved a test question and you wish to do so, simply visit any MTN Service Centre or MTN Connect in your neighbourhood.

OR

Simply produce your original SIM certificate or SIM Pack packaging, and your photographic identification.

OR

Simply produce a court affidavit with a passport photograph attached to it, and your photographic identification.

Remember, only active lines can be reconnected currently. Welcome Back Packs are only available at MTN Service Centres, MTN Connects and authorized distributors.
