MTN’s current network infrastructure is ideally suited to offer Mobile Lottery and prize winning game services. However the WASP will be responsible for managing, marketing and maintaining such services. MTN will only provide the necessary telecommunication infrastructure for WASP’s. WASP’s wishing to carry out mobile lottery services will have to fulfil the following additional information:

o Engage the service of a reputable international accounting/auditing firm
o Provide evidence of Lottery or license from the government of the Federal    Republic of Nigeria
o Provide evidence of Effective Lottery Management and Administration
o Provide strategy/plan for Dispute Resolution
o Marketing, promotion and communication strategy & plan
