MTN E Care

E-Care is an interactive account management tool that enables postpaid subscribers self-manage their accounts via web-based interface.

The E-Care service allows you to add/delete certain products to/from your account profiles, view your account bills online or have it sent to your e-mail accounts or have it faxed to a specified number.

The Service consists of two Modules:

ZipCare and ZipBill

You need to register for this product by completing an E-Care Registration Form and submitting it at an MTN Friendship Centre or to a Corporate Sales Executive.

Upon successful registration, a user is provided with an E-Care Password.

You will use this E-Care Password to gain access to your Account via the E-care web interface.

This means you can have access to your Bills anytime, all the time.
