MTN SIM Plus offers you the most straightforward user-friendly access to MTN services. You no longer have to remember key words and short codes. All you have to do is browse the MTN SIM Plus menu and request for content or a service of your choice such as the latest news, sports, entertainment, cinema schedules, stock market quotes, Yello pages, job vacancies and a whole lot more.

Getting Started with SIM Plus

With MTN’s new 128k SIM, you can enjoy all the services that MTN SIM Plus offers. MTN SIM Plus (My SIM Menu) is preloaded into 128k SIMs. Simply click on the MTN Services icon on your phone. Depending on your phone type, this MTN Services icon is located under the Menu or the Tools/Settings section of your phone.

Getting there!

If you click on MY Tools section of the Menu, you will reach our Self-help service where you can register your Family & Friends numbers, recharge, Share N Sell credit, check balance, call the MTN Helpline or migrate to your tariff plan of choice without having to remember key words and short codes.

On MY Services Menu, you can bask in the exclusive offers and experiences available to you on Y’ello Pages! Here you will find information on Job vacancies! Also find Cinema and Restaurant listings, Hotels, Hospitals, Real Estate Listings, Spa and Beauty, Embassies and Car Rentals in your area. All you have to do is scroll to the Menu options, and the rest is up to you!

You also have the option of getting content services such as Travel Information (Flight Schedules, Weather, and Country Info); Business news (Stock prices, Currency Rates, Commodity prices); Sports and Entertainment news. You can also buy ringtones, Callertunez, and so on.

Note: If you already have MTN 16k or 32k SIMs and you desire to enjoy MTN services to the fullest through MTN SIM Plus, you will need to do a SIM swap in order to transfer the services on your original number to the new 128k SIM.
