MTN E-Care

An interactive account management portal for postpaid customers to view and manage their accounts conveniently while online

MTN E-care provides instant access to itemized bills. It is a quick way to view the services you use on your phone. With an E-care account, managing your account is never easier It's free to sign up for E-care. Once you've registered, you can login anytime to check and pay your bills, update your account details and get more from your mobile services.

What can I do with E-care?

  • Instant access to itemized billing records on all account transactions
  • Pay online using either your Interswitch or eTranzact debit cards
  • View MTN products and services you have activated on your phone
  • Access phone bill records as far back as a year ago
 

Using the MTN E-care Portal for the First Time

  • Log into www.mtnonline.com from your laptop or personal computer
  • Click on the Customer Care menu on the navigation tool bar on the top of the page
  • On the Customer Care page, click on E-care
  • You will be directed to the E-care page where you can now log in to the E-care portal
  • You can also log in to E-care by selecting Ecare from the Where to Go drop down menu on the home page and then press enter
  • You can then log into the E-care portal from the E-care page
  • On the E-care portal, click on self registration if you are accessing E-care for the first time and have not received an SMS from MTN with your E-care password
  • By clicking on self registration, you will be asked to enter your mobile number.
  • Upon entering your mobile number and clicking on submit, a password to access E-care will be sent via SMS to your phone
  • With your mobile number and the E-care password sent to you, you can now log into the E-care portal
