With an E-care account, managing your account is never easier It's free to sign up for E-care. Once you've registered, you can login anytime to check and pay your bills, update your account details and get more from your mobile services.

What can I do with E-care?
- Instant access to itemized billing records on all account transactions
- Pay online using either your Interswitch or eTranzact debit cards
- View MTN products and services you have activated on your phone
- Access phone bill records as far back as a year ago
Using the MTN E-care Portal for the First Time
- Log into www.mtnonline.com from your laptop or personal computer
- Click on the Customer Care menu on the navigation tool bar on the top of the page
- On the Customer Care page, click on E-care
- You will be directed to the E-care page where you can now log in to the E-care portal
- You can also log in to E-care by selecting Ecare from the Where to Go drop down menu on the home page and then press enter
- You can then log into the E-care portal from the E-care page
- On the E-care portal, click on self registration if you are accessing E-care for the first time and have not received an SMS from MTN with your E-care password
- By clicking on self registration, you will be asked to enter your mobile number.
- Upon entering your mobile number and clicking on submit, a password to access E-care will be sent via SMS to your phone
- With your mobile number and the E-care password sent to you, you can now log into the E-care portal
