What is MTN Prestige?


MTN Prestige is a Loyalty scheme designed to recognize and reward MTN Premium customers, based on their cumulative spend and (or) tenure on the network by the end of a one year (January to December) cycle.

What class of customers can be eligible to be a part of the MTN Prestige?


It is available to ALL MTN prepaid, postpaid and e-postpaid customer

 

How do I qualify to be an MTN Prestige member?


Qualification into the MTN Prestige Circle of Distinction is automatic once you are up to 10 years on the MTN network or an you do an average monthly spend of N5,000 consistently for a 12 month period (January to December) in every given cycle.

The eligible customers are classified into 4 Tiers, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze and the category of the reward is dependent on their status on our network based on spend and tenure

 

Are customers notified of their qualification to become an MTN Prestige member?


Yes, customers will be notified of their qualification by the 1st month, following the cumulative spend period (October)

 

What are the benefits of being an MTN Prestige member?


Being an MTN prestige member gives you such benefits as Special recognition on the Network, distinctive treatment, elite privileges, luxurious care and a lot more exciting and exclusive experiences, but the category of the privilege is dependent on your status/tier level on our network.

 

What qualifies me as a Bronze customer and what benefits do I get?


With a minimum of 10 years on the MTN Network (irrespective of your spend), OR with a spend of N5000.00 and N9,999.00 monthly over a 12 month cycle (January to December), you automatically qualify to be a bronze customer and will enjoy the following benefits:

  • Special Travel Packages
  • Free SIM Swap
  • Exciting offers

 

What qualifies me as a Silver customer and what are my benefits?


A monthly spend of N10, 000.00 - N29,999.00 automatically qualifies you as a Silver customer and you are entitled to the following benefits;

  • Voice and Data Gifting
  • VIP Airport Lounges
  • Special Travel Packages
  • Free SIM Swap
  • Exciting and exclusive offers

What do I do to become a Gold customer and what benefits do I get?


When you spend between N30, 000.00 and N49,999.00 monthly over a 12 month cycle (January to December), you qualify as a Gold Tier Member, with access to the following benefits:

  • MTN Prestige card
  • Voice and Data Gifting
  • VIP Airport Lounges
  • Special Travel Packages
  • VIP Events
  • Priority access at MTN Walk-in and Call centers
  • Dedicated Relationship Manager
  • Free SIM Swap
  • Exciting and exclusive offers

 

What do I do to become a Platinum customer and what are my benefits?


With a monthly spend of at least N50, 000.00, you automatically qualify as a Platinum Tier member and you will be entitled to the richest of our benefits bouquet listed below:

Does MTN Prestige membership expire?


Yes, MTN prestige membership is valid for one year and can be renewed depending on your status on our network based on spend.

 

Will I be notified of my eligibility?


Yes, you will be notified of your eligibility levels through SMS, e-Newsletters, Dedicated Account Managers and My MTNApp at the beginning of every new cycle.

 

Of what benefit is MTN Prestige card?


MTN Prestige card gives you an identity as a member of MTN Prestige Circle of Distinction and for privileged purposes. It is only meant for Platinum and Gold members.   

 

Is MTN Prestige card transferable?


No, it is not transferable. Only an MTN Prestige member can use the card.
