You can migrate from a Prepaid package to a Postpaid (Contract) package, or from one Postpaid package to another Postpaid package, in order to enjoy your choice of tariff plans associated with any particular package.

Migrations from prepaid packages to any contract package are permanent as after this migration is done, it becomes impossible to move back to any of our Prepaid packages.

When you move from one MTN package to another, you will be required to pay the applicable Subscription Fee as well as any difference in Standard Deposits associated with the new tariff plan involved, where appropriate.

Migrations from a Prepaid package to all Contract packages will be processed within 48 hours of the request. Migrations between Postpaid (Contract) packages can however only be effected on the 8th day of the month.
