A. Any organization with more than one branch location with a need to transmit data.
Q. What is the lead time to install my leased line?
A. Currently we offer a lead time of 8 weeks to deploy the service
Q. How will I know when my service is up and running?
A. After a bit error rate test is passed, traffic is then transmitted from one site to the other. Receipt of traffic is confirmation that the service is up and running.
Q. Who manages my service?
A. Our dedicated Enterprise Solutions Contact Centre runs a 24 x 7 x 365 support desk.
Q. What should I do and who do I contact if there is a fault?
A. Call our Network Management Centre (NMC) and they will raise a trouble ticket to log your fault. This initiates the normal fault resolution process.
Q. How will I be charged for my service?
A. We charge a one off installation fee plus a monthly recurring fee over the term of the contract.
