MTN CUG Business Rules

Billing is done for both prepaid and postpaid corporate customers
The minimum number of subscribers per corporate customer CUG is 50
The eligibility of existing corporate customers is dependent upon activating 20 new lines in addition to the 50 lines minimum requirement
The monthly access charge is payable in advance and shall NOT be waived for any customer
The minimum contract term per subscriber is 12 months
The corporate customer is liable for the payment of the monthly access charge for the period of the initial contract term irrespective of whether individual subscribers within the group churn or not
A subscriber (MSISDN)can belong to only one user group at a time
