HOW IT WORKS
To use the CallerTunez service, simply follow the following easy steps:
- Select the tune of your choice from the list of tunes
- Type the code of the selected tune in an sms message and send to 4100
- A confirmation sms will be sent back to confirm your CallerTunez request
- The new tune would be set-up within 24 hours
- Each request would cost N100 and would be valid for a 30day period from the day the tune is Set–Up.

HOW TO SEARCH FOR CALLER TUNEZ ON YOUR MOBILE PHONE
You can search for Caller Tunez on your mobile phone for codes and song titles by simply sending either of the following in an SMS to 4112 free of charge:
- Tune#artistname to 4112 E.g. Tune#D,Banj and send to 4112
- Tune#Songname to 4112 E.g Tune#Whyme and send to 4112
Thereafter, you will receive a message asking you to text your tune code of choice to 4100
HOW TO DEACTIVATE
Subscribers can cancel their Caller Tunez and have it reset to the ring ring sound by simply doing the following:
Type an SMS message with word CANCEL and send to 4111
- Each request to 4111 would not be charged
- Cancellation takes 24hours
You do not need to cancel your Caller Tunez if all you want to do is change it. All you need to do is load the new one and the old one would be replaced.
SPECIAL REQUEST
Is there a song you would like that is not listed?
Send the artist name and song title by SMS to the special request line number 237, and you will be notified of the song ID by SMS as soon as the song is available. So for only N50 you could have your favorite song added. This special request line is powered by MTech. |
