1 ISSUE: How do I use the Faxmail service?

Solution:
Faxmail (Receive faxes in your voicemail and store them till you are able to transfer these faxes to a regular fax machine to be read)
Your cell phone becomes a virtual fax machine when you're on the move. Receive fax messages in your Voicemail facility. Once the fax is received it is stored in your voicemail until you transfer it to a fax 'machine' where it can be printed to read.
MTN's Faxmail means you can:Receive Faxmail messages of up to 35 pages on your cell phone. Print them out on any fax machine of your choice. Transfer them to Faxmail numbers of other MTN customers. Store up to 30 messages (voice and fax) unplayed for 7 days, or 2 days if already played.
Even better - your Faxmail number will never be busy or out of paper.

2 ISSUE: What is my faxmail number?

Solution:
Solution:Your personal Faxmail number is the same as your cell phone number, except that it has the prefix "08038" instead of just 0803 (8 is the extra digit that is inserted after 0803 followed by the last 7 digits of your cell phone number).
