Maternal Ward Support Project

In alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 3 (SDG3-Good Health & Well-Being), MTN Foundation seeks to contribute to the creation of un-hindered access to health care and skillful birth attendants for pregnant women in Nigeria through the MTNF Maternal Ward Support Project. This is achieved through upgrading/commissioning of delivery rooms and provision of equipment such as beds, incubators, medical consumables etc. to maternal wards across Nigerian states.

Over 27,000 impacted since inception in 2015 in the following 24 hospitals:
