When you attempt to download a Game on the Game portal for the first time, the system will require you;

  • Enter your mobile number
  • Click on Get Code.
  • Your verification code will be sent to you via sms.
  • This will be used to login

  • You can, purchase, download, share their favorite Game.
  • When you purchase any of the Game VIP Club Subscription Plans, you become a Game+ Club member and you are eligible for pricing discounts within the app.

A: When Games are downloaded they remain on your phone but can only be played if you have a valid VIP club plan.

Q: What Happens When I Have A VIP Subscription and My Phone Gets Damaged?


A: As long as you have a valid subscription, you can redownload the games to your new devices from your Game data or your personal data if your Game data is exhausted

Q: If My VIP Validity Expires Can I Still Play The Games Downloaded On My Phone?


A: When your VIP membership expires you would not be able to play the Pay per Download games until you renew your subscription. But u can play the In-App Purchase games which are free to play.

Q: If My VIP Validity Period Has Not Elapsed and My Data Expires?


A: Yes! As long as your VIP membership is still valid you would still be able to play the games downloaded even if allocated game data has elapsed.

Q: Is It Possible For Me To Buy Games On The Game Portal Without Subscribing To A Plan?


A: Yes you can, but you can only buy Pay Per Download games that are labelled “pay to use”

Q: Do I Have To Be A VIP Member To Access The Game Portal?
