NO, you will NOT receive any bonus if you receive any airtme from Share & Sell.

Q. How do I get the airtime bonus?


Simple, just recharge using the *888*Recharge PIN#, VTU or other eligible channels.

As soon as your recharge is successful, the full face value of the recharge and airtime bonus will be credited in your Awuf4U account.

Examples:

  • If you recharge with N100, you will get N500 in your Awuf4U account i.e. N400 + N100 (recharge value)
  • If you recharge with N400, you will get N2000 in your Awuf4U account i.e. N1600 + N400 (recharge value)
  • If you recharge with N10, you will get N37.50 in your Awuf4U account i.e. N27.50 + N10 (recharge value)

Q.Will I receive the airtime bonus if I recharge using the normal recharge code *555*PIN#?


If you recharge using *555*PIN#, you will NOT receive the 400% or 275% airtime bonus BUT will receive the bonus applicable to that recharge code if available on your plan.

No, you will NOT be able to subscribe to any service from your Awuf4U account BUT you can still subscribe to these services from your normal main account.

Q. What is the validity of the airtime in my Awuf4U account?


The airtime in the Awuf4U account will be valid for 14 days or 30days depending on the recharge band.

Q. What happens if I exhaust the airtime in my Awuf4U account?


As soon as you exhaust the airtime in your Awuf4U account, your calls, SMS and data will be charged from your main account at your default tariff plan rate only if you have enough airtime.

Q. What happens if I recharge again with Awuf4U code?


In the event that you recharge again with Awuf4U code, you will receive the Awuf4U bonus and your calls, SMS and data will then be charged from your Awuf4U account and at the Awuf4U rate.

Q. How can I check my Awuf4U account balance?


You can check your Awuf4U account balance by dialing the USSD code *559*14#.

Q. Will I lose the airtime in my Awuf4U account if I migrate to any other plan?


If you migrate to any other plan, you will NOT lose the airtime in your Awuf4U account.

Q. Will I be able to transfer airtime from my Awuf4U account to another customer’s account through Share & Sell?


No, you will NOT be able to transfer airtime from your Awuf4U account to another customer’s account through Share & Sell.

Q.  How many SMS will I be able to send from my Awuf4U account?


You will be able to send 75 SMS from your Awuf4U account weekly. You can choose to send the 75 SMS in a day but thereafter all your SMS will be charged from your main account.

Q. If I do not have airtime in my main account after sending the 75 SMS, will I be able to send the SMS?


No, you not be able to send SMS again until after 7days or whenever you recharge again.

However, if you have another airtime bonus, you will be able to send SMS from the bonus account.

Q. Is there a restriction on the number of SMS I can send from my main account?


No, you can send as many SMS as you want from your main account as long as you have enough airtime.

Q. How will I know when I have exhausted my 75 SMS?


You will receive a usage threshold notification at 80% usage and at 100% usage.
