The Pop-up menu  is a new feature that allows you to set your goody bag social bundle on One-off or Recurrent purchase:
One-Off Purchase means that your goody bag social bundle will NOT auto-renew after expiry.
Recurrent Purchase means your goody bag social bundle will auto-renew after expiry.


If I cancel the Pop-Up Menu or it times out before selecting an option, will my Goody Bag Social bundle be on One-off or Recurrent option?

If you cancel the Pop-Up Menu or it times out before selecting an option, your Goody Bag Social bundle will be on One-off purchase. This means that your Goody Bag Social bundle will not auto-renew upon expiry.


If my Goody Bag Social bundle is on One-off option, will I be able to opt in for Recurrent option or renew the bundle?

Yes, you will be able to opt in for Recurrent option or renew the bundle by sending R+bundle keyword to 131.

Example: If you have an active Instagram daily bundle that is on One-off option, you will be able to renew it by sending RINSD to 131.

A: No, you will ONLY be able to browse the social network or instant messaging services that you have subscribed to. E.g. Subscription to Facebook, WeChat and WhatsApp bundles will only grant access you to Facebook, WeChat and WhatsAPP respectively.


Q: Will I have to re-subscribe to the same social bundle(s) before my subscription expires?

A: Your subscription will be auto renewed on the day of expiry as long as you have enough airtime but you will receive a notification message before renewal and after renewal.


Q: Will I be able to roll over my unused social bundle data allowance?

A: No, you will NOT be able to roll over your unused social bundle data allowance after renewal.


Q: How do I unsubscribe from any of the social bundles?
