MTN Nigeria believes in impacting communities and making the lives of Nigerians BRIGHTER, hence we, at the Foundation, are the arm of the larger MTN family, solely saddled with the responsibility of giving back to the society.

Chairing the primary vehicle for MTN Nigeria’s Corporate Social Investments) (CSI), It is indeed a privilege to be part of an organisation that remains committed to improving the lives of Nigerians through Corporate Social Investment. This commitment is driven by MTN’s core belief that ‘everyone deserves the benefits of a modern, connected life’ and it is evidenced in the footprints of our interventions across the 6 geo-political zones.

Now more than ever, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, which we identify with, as well as the partnerships with key stakeholders in the public and private sector, will continue to inform how we look at our impact in our communities. As an organisation, we aim to improve the quality of life of Nigerians and this we have done and continue to do through various projects centered on:

Developing Nigerian Youths – we have achieved this through various flagship initiatives, like our scholarships to the blind and scholarships to students with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) background in public tertiary institutions; Sponsorships of Arts and Theatre Productions – thereby promoting the Nigerian culture and empowering the several hundreds of youths involved in the theatre production, and numerous ICT Training and Empowerment Initiatives.

Implementing several Interventions within the health sector and providing quality social amenities – installation of boreholes, transformers, equipping Primary Health Centers – amongst other initiatives, as a part of our National Priorities Interventions.

Most of our National priorities projects are implemented through partnerships with strategic stakeholders and various MDA’s at both Federal and State levels. We have also partnered with You through the ‘What Can We Do Together’ program, where Nigerians nominate communities as recipients of various interventions.

Since inception, we have touched the lives of over 28.5 million people, in the 36 States and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), and this has been made possible because of your patronage and support.

We hope to do much more with you, in the coming years.
